Kèr Drfiēwār (Drfiē /wəˑr/ [structure; system] [persona]) is a subtropical Town located in the Tmíhiy̼gelfàf Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Drfiēwār is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Drfiēwār was founded by Diych́ Prother, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Drfiēwār has a yearly average temperature of 31°C (87°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 35°C (95°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 27°C (80°F). Kèr Drfiēwār receives an average of 213 cm/y (83 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Drfiēwār covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2570 m (8431 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Drfiēwār was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1181, by Diych́ Prother. The establishment of Kèr Drfiēwār was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Diych́ Prother electing to pay people to resettle in Kèr Drfiēwār.
Kèr Drfiēwār was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Drfiēwār is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kèr Drfiēwār is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of broad paverstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The town's timber-based walls are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Kèr Drfiēwār has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Kèr Drfiēwār’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.
Civic Infrastructure
Kèr Drfiēwār has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Kèr Drfiēwār.
Kèr Drfiēwār has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Kèr Drfiēwār has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kèr Drfiēwār has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kèr Drfiēwār's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kèr Drfiēwār has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Drfiēwār has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Kèr Drfiēwār's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..
In Kèr Drfiēwār most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.
The Carbuncle near Kèr Drfiēwār are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Kèr Drfiēwār's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves consuming a local narcotic to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 2 via guttural bellowing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Kami spared the town from an attack. One of Kèr Drfiēwār's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
